Hello! Thanks for reading and I hope you find a little take away with each visit.

My goal in writing this blog is two-fold. For one, I personally benefit, on many levels, from writing about my experiences with oracles, moments of synchronicity and transcendence. The fun of writing is meaningful to me, plus I get to re-experience the mini-adventure and its message in the telling of it. I think of each entry as a short story of sorts. The second ripple effect I wish to create through this portal is that you as the reader will also be inspired to notice, consider and enjoy receiving oracles of your own. 

I’m a psychotherapist by trade and that gives me a unique lens that I sometimes look through and write from as well. At the end of the day, however, I’m just a beautiful human like everyone else that at times struggles and longs to live my best life.

Nancy Norman, aka NN

P.S. It was a challenge to find a name for this blog. I racked my brain and creative juices and would land upon one that I liked only to find that it was either already taken or some slight variation of my original title already in use. Then I got sound advice to just use my name. It seemed like the perfect solution to my dilemma…until I Googled Nancy Norman and found an existing blog and another website! So, “the” in front of Nancy Norman is out of defiant necessity.

Also, the posts under the Archives tab prior to 2019 come from a website called Your Beautiful Life. It was a joint venture with Dawn D. Surratt (who posted photos), Alexa Ortiz (who posted inspirational quotes) and myself (who posted writings using the format I am continuing to use in this blog.) After several years, we all decided it would be best to just pursue our crafts individually and discontinued the website.
